At Quinta do Gramacho we are in the final phase of construction. The 3 chambres villas are overlooking the 5th and 6th hole of
Vale da Pinta but are technically part of the Gramacho development. Those four villas offer all front line fairway views, are
detached and have their own private pool.

At Vale da Pinta we have high quality 4 chambres Villas
from € 838.500,- to € 1.084.450,-

Plots
All with views to the fairways, we have now 15 plots available on which we can build a beautiful detached villa, completely to
your taste and specifications. Plots are between 1.275 m² and 2.478 m² which enables us to built a luxury 3 or 4 chambres
villa with good sized pool area and garden.
Prices for the plots vary between € 135.000,- and € 350.000,-.
Construction prices
for a 3 chambres villa incl VAT and pool and garden start from € 460.000,-.
