The villa is located in the central Algarve in the municipality of Silves, the old Moorish capital of the Algarve. The house is set in a plot of 5,560m² (1.3 acres) with olive and carob trees, cork oaks and other fruit trees. There is plenty of parking, including a private paved area for the owner. Owners’ accommodation

The owners’ part of the house has its own front door leading into a small hall with a staircase to the basement. There are two reception rooms: a 26m² living room with an open fireplace and a sliding door onto a small terrace, and a 15m² dining room, with a hatch to the kitchen. On the same floor there are two bedrooms (14m² and 17m²) both with built-in wardrobes and sliding doors onto the main terrace. There is a large, fully equipped 20m² kitchen, a 7m² family bathroom, with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin, and a separate 2m² WC. The back door leads from the kitchen into a small enclosed porch/boot room. With an internal connecting staircase, there is a large 36m², multi-purpose room in the basement, with windows and separate door to the outside.

Guest accommodation

The guest area of the house has its own front door leading into a long hallway where the five guest bedrooms are located. Four of the rooms are large (14 – 20 m²) with built-in wardrobes and have sliding doors to the outside, two onto the main terrace, one onto a small private terrace and one into the garden. The fifth bedroom measures 9m². All the bedrooms have bathrooms en suite, measuring 3 – 4 m². The guest area also has a large lounge/breakfast room (30m²), with a reception counter, a small kitchenette (with fridge, microwave etc) and a wood-burning stove. A sliding glass door leads on to the main terrace.
Other facilities include: fire safety equipment, 2 solar heating systems, 2 telephone lines (one with broadband, one with a meter) and 2 satellite dishes/systems.
The house will be sold with the guest accommodation fully furnished and equipped.
