On the first floor there is a separate apartment for private use. This apartment is on one wing of the villa, and has a kitchen, living room and bedroom, also en suite.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with bar and fireplace, a dining room and kitchen. The villa will be sold fully equipped, (inventory list available). In the large basement is a garage, laundry room and a large ample space.
The outside area has a swimming pool, with terraces and garden around and a barbeque area.

The bookings, guests, as well as the network of rental agencies and help of the former owners provides an easy and good start. Also the property does not need any work on it!
