Very big charming terrace with barbeque (inside & outside), outside furniture & lounging chairs

1very comfortable livingroom with fire place & TV

1 bathroom with bath/shower + toilet

Possibility for 1 extra bed.

Small outside room wit washing machine & toilet

This house has a fantastic location for a dream holiday, it's only 2 minutes away from the nicest bay of the west-coast of Portugal: Saõ Martinho Do Porto!!

The swimming pool is a real must in the summer!!

All prices are on a one-week basis and per house, independent of the number of persons. Inclusive bedlinen, towels, kitchen appliances, gas, water, electricity.

Final cleaning 50 euro.

april/may/June/September: 550 euro /week

July & August: 595 euro/week

rest of the year 395 euro/week
