4 bedroom holiday house with private terrace overlooking the ocean & Nazaré

Ideally situated only five minutes walk from the beach of Nazare, this house has four large bedrooms plus a spare room with a bunk bed, a spacious living room, a nice kitchen and a roof terrace with view of the beach. Here you can sit and watch the sun go down, have a barbeque or just relax and enjoy the view. The house has two bathrooms and a private parking spot inside a locked garage. The living room has a dining area and a sitting area with a fire place. From the dining room table there is a nice view over Nazare. Nazare is an idyllic fishing village, and although many tourists enjoys the beach and restaurants, it is still a proper town, not a tourist resort. A short drive away is the Praia del Ray golf course, the medieval town of Obidos and several kilometers of virtually untouched beaches. Nearby is also a brand new waterpark with pools and water slides.

The largest bathroom is situated on the top floor with the three bedrooms. The main floor has a cloakroom, kitchen and dining room, and the lower floor has a bathroom with shower. A washing machine and ironing board is available downstairs.

All the bedrooms has closets and a chest of drawers with ample room for the clothes you bring. The three upper floor bedrooms has hardwood floors, the fourth has tiled floor. In addition, a large spare room in the basement has a bunk bed and a sofa.

The roof terrace has a large table which seats 12 people. The kitchen has ample work space and a table that seats six people. The living room has a nice fire place providing heat and comfort in the winter. All bathrooms are heated with central heating. The house is situated on a walkway, three houses up from the street. At the street level, there is a garage shared by five houses. Included in the rent is a space for one car.
